running around the field ....tired!!!!!

today was a unlucky day !!!! guess wat we did for Pe today? we ran around the field for 4 times , we only have less than 50 seconds to complete 1 whole round!:( and mr muz say we are doing the same thing again this thursday for F&C period , there are pupils in our class who throw up too! i cant imagine what will happen this thursday! mr muz said that by doing this , it will improve our stamina, and i hope so!
